Deleting your data

How to remove what lemeeni holds from Facebook and Instagram, and how to ask for everything to be deleted.
If your company connected its accounts
- In the lemeeni app, open Profile, then Accounts, and disconnect the Facebook Page or the Instagram account. Its access token is deleted immediately, and nothing more is published or read.
- Or on Facebook: Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations, then remove lemeeni.
- To have everything removed, including the record of past posts and their numbers, ask the person who administers your company's workspace to have the workspace deleted, or write to us.
If you commented on, or wrote to, an account that uses lemeeni
Ask the company whose account it is, or write to us with the name of the account and your Instagram username. What you wrote and your Instagram id are removed, and we tell you when it is done.
How long it takes
A disconnected account's access token is deleted at once. A request to delete everything is carried out within 30 days.
